The app allows you to create, share, and participate in game activities, including generating clues and taking photos. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all content you create, share, or interact with complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Lunafox Games is not liable for any unlawful or inappropriate content generated by users. You agree that any clues or photos you provide do not represent the views or opinions of Lunafox Games and that we are not responsible for any issues arising from such content.

1.4 No Liability
Lunafox Games shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from user-generated content, game activities, or any legal issues that arise from your use of the app. By using the app, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunafox Games, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the app.

1.5 Social Media Tagging and Promotional Use
By tagging our official Instagram or TikTok account (@LunafoxGames) in your photos (or videos), you grant Lunafox Games the right to use, share, and display these tagged photos (or videos) in any promotional materials, including social media, website, and other marketing platforms, without further compensation or notification to you. You retain ownership of your photos, but you agree that we may use them as described.

2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Data Collection
We collect the following data from users:

• Location Data: We collect your location when you check into a bar as part of the game. This data is stored only during the game session and is not retained between sessions.
• Personal Information: We collect and store your email address, display name, and images taken with the app. Images are stored for up to one month and are deleted thereafter.
• Game Data: We track your game progression, including your city, list of bars, and game results.
• User-Generated Content: We store clues and photos created or shared by you, but we are not responsible for the legality or appropriateness of this content.

2.2 Data Storage and Usage

• Images: Images are retained for up to one month, to a year, from the date of capture and are automatically deleted after this period. Users should not expect the images to be available after a month.
• Location Data: Collected only during game sessions for functionality purposes and not stored outside of these sessions.
• User Data: Stored in Supabase for app functionality and improvement purposes. We do not retain your data longer than necessary for these purposes.

2.3 Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
