Teammates click Join Game, then tap 🔎 MY TEAM. Scroll and tap Edit Clues. As a team you have to create a clue for each of the potential bars. This will autosave. Once complete, your team status should change to ready.

Open 👑 HOST and tap the ⚠️ CHECK READINESS ⚠️ button. Here you will be able to check how many clues each team have yet to create. Only once all teams have created all clues can you start the game.

📍 I'm unable to verify my location

You will need to allow location permissions on your mobile phone in order for us to gather your team's location. If you're using a Samsung phone and are prompted with 'Precise' or 'Approximate', you must select 'Precise'.

📸 The bar verification process fails on the photo prompt

You will need to allow camera permissions on your mobile phone in order for us to take your photo, which is stored on your phone. Some browsers may not allow this, such as Samsung Internet. Google Chrome for iOS and Android allows this.

🟢 I've accidentally started the game!

Please contact us immediately at help@chickenchase.app. If no one has verified any locations (i.e. game hasn't been played), then we will be more than happy to put your game back into 'Prep' mode!

❎ I'm getting errors ingame

The game is extremely new, so a few errors are expected. We've incorporated detailed error handling to help with this. If the game doesn't work at all, there may be an issue with our servers: contact help@chickenchase.app to check this.

😟 Had an issue that caused the game to not work?

If you encounter any issues during gameplay— whether due to third-party server outages or early-stage development bugs—that prevent the entire group from completing the game, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. 📅 I've selected the wrong date for my game!

When creating a game, questions such as 'Game Name' or 'Game Date' don't really affect gameplay. The game can be started on any day that the host wishes to, this is to allow for flexibility. However, if you really want to change the date, please contact us at help@chickenchase.app.

📷 It only downloads 1 photo, instead of all, after the game.

Some devices, such as Android, will require you to accept the permission 'Allow multiple downloads'.
iOS devices (iPhone) are extremely annoying when downloading multiple images, it is suggested you visit the computer site.

🔙 What is your return policy?

We do not allow returns. Once a game is purchased, it is yours to use.

🕹️ Can we play again?

In order to play again you must purchase another game of 'Chicken Chase' from the Game Creator page.
